• Remember Ajith’s grand opening in Mankatha, where he comes flying in a car and lands before the foes? The film’s producer, Dhayanidhi Alagiri was recently at the same location where that opening scene was made, but for a different reason. 
• Cloud Nine’s next venture, Thagararu starring Dhayanidhi’s cousin Arulnidhi has started rolling. 
• The first day’s shoot was canned at the same location where Ajith’s establishing shot in Mankatha was made.

• When questioned why this particular location, the producer termed it as “sentimental”. Thagararu is being directed by Ganesh Vinayak and features Poorna as the female lead.
